I just dont know how I feel about Magic Johnson supporting Hillary Clinton. I know he can endorse who ever he wants to but, Obama is a qualified black man…I’m just saying. I could understand if we were talking about endorsing that Keyes man or Al Sharpton but we talking about a well educated black man and so many prominent black people are supporting Clinton. A friend told me she heard Maya Angelou was supporting Hillary too. Do they know something I dont know? Do any of you know something I dont know? Can anybody help me to understand?

My boss ( I won’t be there long) told me the MLK holiday will be observed on Friday. So I calmly corrected her and said no it will be on Monday his birthday was the 15th. She comes back with” my daughter is off on Friday for MLK day not Monday so the holiday is Friday”. After going back and forth 2 or 3 more times I said, dont you think I would know when MLK day is you remember I am black.

Answer the dang phone…

Black dogs…MLK..what the hell?

Ok is it just me or is this racist? I was listening to the radio and they said that the Humane society in Nevada will have a sale on “black” dogs on MLK bday. Now I know some of you are thinking whats the big deal but you gotta think deeper than the surface. That shyt is just disrespectful. I know black dogs dont sell as well as white ones ( go figure) but does the sale have to be on MLK day. It seems like black folks just can’t catch a break these days. I guess when I hear stuff like this I want people to be outraged. I want to do something ignorant like call the Humane society and cuss somebody out or go and bust the windows out of the building.

I really think this whole blogging thing is great its just that I’m not the best writer in the world. I had to put that out there before I start so you wouldnt be expecting perfection like you get from my little sis.
